Walk Towards Inclusion, 11-21 July, Georgia

A-net is coordinating a training course that will bring together youth leaders looking for new inspiration and ideas for work with young people. In this training there will be youth leaders from ten different countries and 4 different regions – Programme countries, Southern Mediterranean, Eastern Partnership and Russia.

We believe that introducing elements of learning in/from nature and outdoors in youth work could give the chance for young people to become more aware and confident about themselves, improve interpersonal relationship and teamwork as well as promote their greater inclusion.

During this unique training we want all participants to experience adventure type of Experiential learning activities outdoors as an educational tool (48 h hike in the Georgian mountains ) in order later on to adapt this experience and use it with young people “at home”.
